I started NEED4SEAT in 2015, almost seven years ago. Back then, no other public seating scripts existed and seating software was still allowed on all poker sites. Over the past years, the situation has changed: more and more poker sites prohibited using seating scripts and threatened to ban players if they were using them anyway. From the eight poker clients that NEED4SEAT supported initially, only a few remained. The initial joy I received from supporting professional poker players had to give way more and more to discontent about workarounds and playing cat and mouse with the poker sites.

I've decided that it's time to move on to new challenges. I'll shut down NEED4SEAT, effective immediately. You will be able to use your existing subscription until it expires, but you won't be able to extend it afterward.

It's not a decision I've taken lightly. I still vividly remember the first subscription that I sold back in 2015. The program was barely functional, and I hit many roadblocks until it finally ran stable. Your patience allowed me to continue and eventually create a product that has helped many professional players. To see that has made me tremendously proud. But one thing that poker has taught me is to know when to get up and leave the table, and I think that time has come for me now.
